Training U.F. Students to Be World-Changers for Jesus Christ

I met my wife Lauren at the University of Florida where God transformed our lives through a GCM-staffed, student ministry and church called Gator Christian Life which is a member of Great Commission Churches. After getting married, we decided, in 2006, that God had called us back to this mission field. We recognized that the vastly secular, foundational university culture across America has great needs, and the solution is Jesus Christ. Today we work with other GCM missionaries to bring U.F. students to new life in Christ and to train them to strategically influence those around them in order to accomplish the work that Jesus gave His followers to do. We have a lot of work to do, and the partnership of many people like you will make it possible for us to train the next generation of world-changers.

The University of Florida is home to 50,000 students from all over the world. They are looking for a future, for significance, and for a greater purpose. They strive to find meaning in life. Some will succeed by their own definitions. Others will not. There is no doubt that some will individually, and many collectively, change the world. The question is—how will they change it?

Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.― Margaret Mead
